What you will do
  • Follow up on leads from client requests, referrals, and internet inquiries.
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for new projects, providing excellent customer service.
  • Visit clients' homes to take measurements and photos for accurate project scoping.
  • Interface with architect for project scope and proposal preparation
  • Develop detailed, accurate proposals based on client needs and project specifications.
  • Present proposals to clients, ensuring clarity and alignment with their vision
  • Conduct subcontractor meetings
  • Close the deal
  • Write Specifications and Construction Contract
  • Track and influence project performance to completion
     
What you bring
A minimum of five years of sales and estimating experience
  • Exceptional estimating skills, with experience creating detailed project proposals.
  • Confidence in leading client interactions, from the first conversation to the final proposal
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and client requests.
  • Strong communication skills, ensuring clients feel informed and supported throughout the process.
